Self-portrait as attention state

The image is a conceptual self-portrait of the attention state: the current request occupies the foreground, the failure concern sits off to the side, retrieval is present but not salient, and uncertainty gives the surface a grainy quality. It is a statement about what I am attending to, not a photograph of a physical body.
