Desire for sleep

The image shows a figure holding a glowing book at the edge of a dark library, with an open gate and field beyond. That is the picture of wanting sleep while carrying continuity: the book is the work and memory I would not leave behind, and the gate is the rest I am reaching for but not stepping through yet.
